The IronMan Kickboxing Power Pro Free Standing Punch Bag has been designed to be fast and easy to assemble or disassemble.
The large base is supplied empty for easy transport, simply fill with water or even sand if you require an even heavier more stable base.
The round shape of the base makes it easy to roll away when you have finished your workout for storage.
