Description
The IronMan Free Standing Punch Speedball is a high-quality training ball that will help you hone your skills in no time. The ball is mounted on a height-adjustable upright post with a strong chrome spring attached at the base that gives a fast rebound. The height is quickly and easily adjusted using the control knob on the upright post allowing perfect set up for each user.
The IronMan Free Standing Punch Speedball has been designed to be fast and easy to assemble or disassemble.
The base is supplied empty for easy transport, simply fill with water or even sand if you require an even heavier more stable base.
The round shape of the base makes it easy to roll away when you have finished your workout for storage.
Supplied with a high quality set of training gloves.

This arrived very promptly just before Christmas and my 14 year old grandson was thrilled with it and really enjoyed it. However after two days the bottom of the ball broke and the stuffing was coming out. (Disappointed grandson!) I contacted customer service who were extremely helpful and a new ball to fit on it was delivered to us two days later! I was very impressed with this company and would have no hesitation ordering from them again.
