Offering flat, inclined and declined positions you can effectively vary your workouts and target different muscle groups. The declined position makes this bench perfect to do weighted crunches to target the core and the padding and adjustable ankle restraints will ensure your comfort.
The BodyTrain Adjustable Weight Training Bench is also perfect for bicep curls, chest press, shoulder press, leg, back and many more exercises. The quick and simple adjustment offers 9 backrest and 3 seat positions.
The BodyTrain bench is made from strong steel which is painted with chip-resistant metallic paint, anti-slip feet ensure the bench remains stable and secure during use and also protect hard floors. The backrest and seat have a comfortable thick padded high-density multi-layer foam cushion that is covered with a soft non-slip black PVC leather that is easy to clean.
