The declined position also makes this bench perfect to do weighted crunches to target the core, the padding and adjustable ankle restraints will ensure your comfort. The quick and simple adjustment offers 6 bench positions. The dumbbell holders ensure the correct weights are close to hand when you need them.

They are both wide and have non-slip feet that protect flooring and offer stability and safety. The bench backrest and seat have a comfortable thick padded high-density multi-layer foam cushion that is covered with a soft non-slip black PU leather that is easy to clean.
