BodyTrain Interlocking Floor Mats are perfect for a wide range of uses including home gyms, fitness room, garages, Aerobics, Yoga, Pilates, Cross fit, swimming pool edges & children’s soft playground surface.
The four large 62 x 62cm mats securely interlock and are easy to trim to size and install. Made from extra thick 1.4 cm non-toxic EVA foam that is harmless to the environment.

Soft Surface for Floor Exercise – With decent thickness (1.4cm, unlike other mats only 1cm), these fitness floor mats act as a comfortable surface for you to do your push-ups, Pilates or yoga sessions. Soft but dense, the good shock absorption to avoid achy bones from hardboard.
Easy & Quick Assemble – We’ve used a perfect interlocking system, so the foam mats are easy to assemble and cut to fit. They stay securely together very well, they do not slide apart while you exercise and train.
Ecological Material to Safeguard Children’s Play Area – Use our thicker floor tiles to create a safe, soft play space. The exercise mats are made from Ethylene Vinyl Acetate and does not contain lead in excess of 0.009% (90ppm) by weight and PVC or neoprene substrates of less than 0.1% (1000 ppm) of DEHP.
Textured Tiles for Your Choice – four mats of 62 x 62 x 1.4cm. Come with attachable sides to create straight edges and a cleaner look.
