Description
With the Ironman Boxing Smart Reflex Trainer, you can quickly improve your punch speed and precision and develop quicker reflexes. The freestanding bag features a height adjustable spinning boxing bar and a focus paddle pad target plus a spring mounted speed ball for multi-functional training that can benefit and help improve athletes of all sizes and skill levels, from youths to heavyweights and beginners to professionals.
The spinning bar is constructed of padded stainless steel with precision bearings, for smooth rapid revolutions. The focus paddle pad target is PU covered foam pad, and the spring mounted striking ball is a rubber coated dense molded urethane foam. Combining all three target areas the Ironman Boxing Smart Reflex Trainer will really test your reaction time, punch speed and accuracy and help you dodge, block, bob, weave and counter. Height is adjustable from 141 – 190cm high
The base is supplied empty for easy transport, simply fill with water or sand, assemble and the bag is ready for action. Comes complete with rubber suction cups on the bottom of the base for additional stability. The round shape of the base makes it easy to roll away when you have finished your workout for storage.
