The BodyTrain Foldable Adjustable Weight Bench is fully adjustable with flat, incline and decline positions. It is ideal for use with a rack or on it’s own for dumbbell workouts. The declined position makes this bench perfect to do weighted crunches to target the core and the padding and adjustable ankle restraints will ensure your comfort.
The BodyTrain Adjustable Bench is also perfect for bicep curls, chest press, shoulder press, leg, back and many more exercises. The quick and simple adjustment offers 6 bench positions. The dumbbell holders ensure the correct weights are close to hand when you need them.
The BodyTrain bench is made from strong steel which is painted with chip-resistant black paint, anti-slip feet ensure the bench remains stable and secure during use and also protect hard floors. The backrest and seat have a comfortable thick padded high-density multi-layer foam cushion that is covered with a soft non-slip black PU leather that is easy to clean.
